Standard Aero and Landmark Aviation were merged when DAE purchased both and the companies were working their way through a full integration. The merge positioned them for unparalleled growth opportunities. Employees needed to better understand the synergies that the merge created and align around their new Vision and Values. Learning Design Network developed a program that embedded their new Values and cultural elements into their respective businesses and provided context around how employees could individually contribute to the vision.
